An experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologistand ICF accredited coach. Sam has supported corporate teams and individuals for over 30 years.

Mike is an exceptional Leadership and Team coach. Specialising in helping companies generate sustainable success through their people. He is a firm believer that great company performance and staff engagement go hand in hand: the more valued, motivated and empowered employees are, the better they perform. He has over 25 years’ experience in developing high performing teams and leaders.
As a facilitator he works mainly with executive level teams as they seek to deliver tangible business outcomes (strategy, priorities, targets) through their people (culture, trust, collaboration).
As a coach, Mike is accredited in a number of psychometric and personality profiling tools, allowing deep exploration of an individual’s motivational drivers to ensure lasting change.
